Ed Souto 

Ed is the firm’s Managing Attorney. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from The Citadel in 1983 and his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1987.

His unique background, morals and discipline helped create the unequaled zealousness and precision he brings to his cases. He finds serving the legal needs of the citizens of New York and Maine highly rewarding and truly enjoys working with each and every one of his clients.

He is admitted to practice in the states of New York and Maine, and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Gerard T. Grogan

Gerard T. Grogan was our senior partner. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Iona College in 1965 and his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s Law School in 1971. While he was a partner in the firm for 18 years and a legendary trial lawyer, Jerry was most of all our friend and mentor until his death in 2011.

He has continued to serve as an inspiration for dedication and excellence in all areas.
